Description
Upright, suckering, broadleaf evergreen shrub. Blooms in spring with sweetly fragrant yellow flowers followed by persistent, bright blue berries. Foliage is spiny, emerges bronzed then dark green showing bronzed purple through the winter. Protect from wind. Requires an acid soil. Slow growing.
