Description
Lo & Behold? ‘Blue Chip Jr.’ is a miniature butterfly bush that stays under 3′ without pruning. A little smaller and less brittle than Blue Chip and reported to be somewhat hardier. Use as a groundcover, low hedge, or in the perennial border to attract butterflies.
