
| Dick Amann-
A lifetime resident of Dayton, graduate of Ohio State University and Dean
Call Institute, Dick has been a commercial designer since 1975. He was
Vice President of Amann-Dugan Design Group 1988-1999. He continued his
education in Landscape Design at Clark State University while also teaching
part time at Sinclair Community College in the applied arts program. He
finished the Master Gardener program, is a member of the Dayton Society
of Interior Designers, and is a board member of Wegerzyn Gardens &
Five Rivers Metroparks. |

Joni Baker-Joni graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture. After graduation, she was employed by Woolpert as an Associate Landscape Architect, and then moved to Columbus and worked for Dominion Homes in their architecture department. Some of the projects she worked on were: University of Dayton, St Louis University, Heatherwood Development, Wright Patt Air Force Base and the Main Street Project. Joni has been on board with Siebenthaler’s since March 2003. She is currently working as a designer on residential and commercial projects. |

| John Chmiel- Design, construction,
project management and consultation are all specialties of this Michigan
State graduate. His twenty-eight years in the field, extensive travels,
as well as a degree in Landscape Architecture give him a unique blend
of innovative concepts and cutting edge construction techniques. His
specialties
in estate planning and landscape renovation have presented him the opportunities
to work on projects designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, and Robert A.M.Stern.
He is also involved in the Dayton Home Builder’s Association
and their various events. |

| Tom Federle- Tom has designed several
City Beautiful award-winning residential landscapes. One of his specialties
is water features; from small patio water gardens to large entrance features
for housing developments. He is a 1965 graduate of Ohio State University.
His renovated 111-year old Victorian home and gardens were on the 2002 Wegerzyn Garden Tour. Tom is a regular speaker at local conferences and garden clubs. |

| Janice Mittelkamp-Janice is a registered
Landscape Architect with a master’s degree from Ball State University.
She currently designs residential, commercial and government properties
for owners, builders and architects. Whether it’s a small courtyard
or an estate plan, Janice can provide
you with unique design solutions. Her clients have received awards at
both the local and state level. In her spare time, she teaches a landscape
design course at Indiana University East in Richmond. |

| Adam Ravestein- A native of the Netherlands,
a Dutch graduate in Landscape Architecture, Adam has forty years’
experience with Siebenthaler’s designing landscapes for estates,
residences, and hospitals. Adam’s designs have received several
landscape awards. Athough Adam is “retired”, he still stops
in the office quite frequently. |

| Bob Siebenthaler- Chairman of the Board of The Siebenthaler Company. Bob is a registered Landscape Architect and graduate of Michigan State. Although Bob is "retired", he is still an invaluable resource for our design team. | |
| Susan Siebenthaler- Susan is a registered
Landscape Architect, graduate of the University of Kentucky, and is now
managing the company’s perennial production. She served on the board
of The Perennial Plant Association. |

| Todd Teske- Todd is a registered Landscape
Architect with a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from
Arizona State University. His projects range from award-winning residential
landscapes to landscape design and planning for numerous commercial and
residential land development projects, public parks, and school renovations.
Todd has worked in the southwest desert, on the east coast, and here in
Ohio. |

| Joe Parrett- Customer Service Representative- Joe started as a greens keeping assistant at Community Golf Course for five seasons while studying at Wright State University with one year studying design at the Dayton Art Institute. He then became Director of Grounds of Friendship Village for 20+ years. The highlight of his summer in 1997 was joining The Siebenthaler Company as a part time sales associate of nursery stock at the old north store. | |
| Kevin Heller Kevin has recently relocated from the northwestern portion of Indiana. He currently resides in the historic South Park District of Dayton, Ohio. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, and was recognized with a certificate of merit in the study of Landscape Architecture. His professional experience includes two years as a project assistant in the Chicago suburb of Naperville and seven years as the Lead Designer for a Design / Build company in Lafayette Indiana. The scale and scope of his design work has varied from small and intimate gardens to large commercial and residential development master planning. He enjoys the personalized interaction with clients thus providing a concept that makes each landscape and hardscape design unique to every individual and their space. |
